This program is adapted to suit students at different stage levels.
This program can be booked from 7 September 2026.
This program highlights and celebrates significant women in Australia’s political and feminist history, as well as their relationship to the contemporary experiences of women as the beneficiaries of historical feminist agendas and struggles. Students will explore the achievements in the historical struggle for: suffrage, equality of inclusion and opportunity, revolutionary policy agendas, and First Nations’ rights. In this program, the history of Australia’s most extraordinary women is discovered through storytelling and inquiry within the National Archives galleries, and the surrounding areas of the National Triangle.
