General Secondary
Our general secondary visit is designed to engage students with multiple aspects of geoscience. The program includes presentations by education staff on the use of different datasets including how satellite and earthquake data can be used to make informed decisions, followed by time to explore our hands on displays guided by an activity sheet. Students will ‘touch the Moon’, explore the National Mineral and Fossil Collection, analyse different datasets on display, and discuss the limitations of old measurement technologies.
