This program is available during ACT School Terms. 

Questacon houses over 200 hands-on exhibits in 8 themed galleries. Perfect for self-guided exploration, the exhibits encourage interaction and inspire questions as students discover the smarter way to have fun.

Daytime sessions are available in 15 minute entry times from 9am - 3pm. We recommend allowing at least 2 hours for your visit including a visit to the Questacon Shop. Allocated shop times are provided to groups at check-in.

Preschool groups will not be allocated a time to visit the Questacon Shop. If the group would like to visit the Questacon Shop please make a note on the booking.

Mini-Q is our gallery designed for 0 to 6 year olds. This gallery has a maximum capacity which cannot be booked by a school group. An option for groups wanting to access Mini-Q is to take smaller groups of around 5-10 children, into the gallery separately (subject to capacity).

Preschool bookings allow a 1:4 free teacher to student ratio. Any teachers outside of this ratio will be charged the equivalent cost of a student.
